Changes made will only apply to future requests. To make changes to current orders, go to the Order List page.
Account access issues
If you forgot your Apple Account, try using your current email address. If this does not work, you can locate the username using the Apple Account recovery tool, iForgot(opens in new window). You can also visit the Your Apple Account(opens in new window) support page.
If you have forgotten your password, you can recover or reconfigure it using the iForgot(opens in new window) tool. For security reasons, Apple cannot reconfigure the password for you. If you still can't log in, contact Apple Store Customer Service at 800 850 0668. We'll do all we can to help. For security reasons, Apple cannot provide your Apple Account and password. To protect yourself against unauthorized purchases on your credit card, do not provide your password to anyone.
NOTE: If you are trying to log in to the Apple Store Online using the wrong password several times, you will see this error message: "This Apple Account has been locked for security reasons". To reconfigure the account, use the iForgot(opens in new window) tool.
